Hi, I am Jiten!

I am the founder of J&D Medical. Over the 16 years, I have built a plethora of experience across two of the largest teaching hospitals in London whilst supplementing my expertise within the community setting. This has enabled me to work with a diverse group of patients throughout my career, ranging from neonates to geriatric patients.

I have a Master’s degree in Pharmacy from The London School of Pharmacy and have undertaken further education, which includes a post graduate Diploma in Pharmacy Practice and Independent Prescribing Course. The latter has enabled me conduct specialist pharmacist lead clinics within the NHS but has allowed me to branch out into private practice.

My ethos has always been to take a patient centred approach and individualise care. I want to ensure patients are given sufficient time to discuss their condition and treatment options. This enables the patient to feel empowered to make an informed decision about their care, which naturally supports medicines compliance.

How does it work?

  • Email: jdmedicalltd@chemist.com or complete the contact form to arrange a suitable time for a clinic appointment.

  • Discuss your clinical case virtually or face to face for reassurance, medical advice to treatment of symptoms.

  • Treatment plan agreed & private prescription written. A clinic letter can be provided as a written record of the consultation.

    Private prescriptions incur an additional charge for the medicine(s) at your chosen pharmacy.

    We can help you source the medicine(s) if required.

  • Not all clinical conditions require a follow up. However this can be arranged if required.

    An additional charge may apply.
