The Start: Stepping outside my comfort zone!

To note I am writing this in anticipation of the website going live - fingers crossed this should be live by the end of February! I hope you enjoy my first blog -

To start with, I’ve never written a blog, developed a website, marketed and thought of being an entrepreneur! Hence I think the picture really optimises how I am currently feeling. This has really pushed me outside my comfort zone. However through out my career, I have always felt, you either sink or swim! I’m certainly not going to sink! I’ve harnessed my skills to help make new professional relationships and utilised the support of friends and family to get this up and running.

I feel really excited as I am passionate about healthcare and my goal is to always provide exceptional care to the best of my ability. I want to help streamline processes where possible and having a lightbulb moment whilst lying in bed was the first step. Pinging an email to the osteopaths in Harpenden, I was expecting nil responses. However when I received a couple of responses back (namely The Osteo and HPO Clinic) I was so excited but nervous at the same time. I am a thinker and I was worried whether I would over think the situation and curl up into a ball when a met both Matt and Chris. On reflection both meetings went exceptionally well (better than I could have hoped for) and both wanted to collaborate!

And this is where we are currently at. Two collaborations within the first week and website due to be going live and essentially the start of a great journey.
